Three Boko Haram suicide bombers detonated explosives at the University of Maiduguri in Borno state on Saturday, killing themselves and one civilian and sending a clear message that the war against Abubakar Shekau's men in the region was far from over. The civilian killed by the explosions was a security guard at the University.

The blasts occurred at about 1.10 am in Saturday, said Nigeria's newswire, PRNigeria.
The corpses have being evacuated by rescuers from National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and Borno State Emergency Management Agency whose  (BOSEMA), the newspaper said, adding that the university authorities and security agencies would provide more updates on the attack.
The attacks in Nigeria happened a day after suicide bombers attacked Cameroon on Friday morning. The terrorists have also released a new video, giving more insight into the prisoners-Chibok girls swap that occurred last week and mocking the Nigerian government for being weak. The government rejected the content of the video.
THE SIMON ATEBA NEWS is doing a full article on that video and what can be learnt from it.
Boko Haram has wreaked havoc in Cameroon and Nigeria in the past three and seven years respectively. Tens of thousands of people have been killed while millions have been displaced. Thousands have also been kidnapped and have never been seen, although 82 of the missing 200 Chibok girls were exchanged last week for some Boko Haram commanders.
